Applied Capital is a Commercial Finance Company based in Albuquerque New Mexico , with clients nation-wide. We are seeking qualified applicants to fill an opening in our back office operations . The duties include invoice verification, data entry and auditing, client coordination and collection. Specifically, a qualified candidate would possess the following:

• A strong attention to detail, with accurate math skills
• Clear and concise communication skills, in writing, by phone and in person
• The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the workday
• An understanding of accounts receivable tracking and collections
• The ability to follow well documented procedures and “proof” their own work
• A strong familiarity with Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience with accounting software applications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A high level of motivation and flexibility to work in a friendly, fast-paced, growing company

The duties and responsibilities of the position involve:

• Client interaction and coordination for financing their accounts receivable
• Invoice verification with our client's customers via telephone, fax or email
• Data entry into specialized software and Excel
• Balancing and auditing transactions
• Follow up and scheduling of anticipated transactions according to our clients needs
• Credit check and trade reference inquiries
• The ordering and coordination of UCC searches and filings
• Light collection calls and assistance to our clients in the management of their accounts receivable
• Detailed data entry and reporting of transactions on a daily basis to our clients
• Miscellaneous office duties including answering phones, transferring calls, document scanning, filing and record keeping

Previous experience in banking, lending, accounting or collections would be applicable.
